Our new Epson Surecolor SC-P9000 Printer has arrived and is now setup and running!
Producing stunning quality canvas, fine art and photographic prints that will last a lifetime.
This all new 44″ wide printer with 11, 700ml ink cartridges including Matte Black, alongside Green and Orange inks is able to produce the widest colour range yet while delivering neutral black and white prints as well. It is going to be a big time saver also as it is able to print at twice the speed of our Epson Pro 9800 printer at the same print resolution.
This all new generation of Epson Ultrachrome HDX inks have doubled the print life over previous ink sets, with the best canvas, fine art and photographic media prints can last up to 150 years for colour images and 200 years for black and white. These new inks also produce more lifelike and punchy prints on matt paper surfaces than before.
With Matte Black ink installed in the printer it is now quick and easy to switch from Photo Black ink to Matte Black for canvas and fine art printing. You do loose some black ink when switching over black inks which by now should not need to happen.
